Prior to joining Knox Strategies International, Silver Joy Prout led the Client Experience Team at Binnall Law Group as Director of Client Relations – managing cases and clients to ensure each client of Binnall Law Group receives the highest level of support, communication, and care.

Silver served in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as Associate Director in the Office of Partnership and Engagement – bridging the gap between DHS and local government officials and Governor’s offices. Her portfolio included the Southwest border states, California, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii. Silver also served in the Office of Public Affairs at DHS as Assistant Press Secretary, gaining valuable experience in cultivating relationships with the press.

Prior to serving in the Executive Branch, Silver spent time on Capitol Hill working on transportation and healthcare policy for U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski.

Silver graduated summa cum laude from Northwest University in 2015 with a BA in Political Science.Born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska to a commercial fishing family – she learned the importance of having a strong work ethic at a young age. In her spare time, Silver enjoys traveling, fishing, hiking, aviation, and values faith, family, and love for this country.
